These Terms govern use of proengineacademy.com, operated by ProEngine Academy LLC (“ProEngine,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site, you accept these Terms.

1. SITE PURPOSE

The site provides general information about non-degree educational programs. Sending an inquiry does not enroll you or create a service agreement. Program availability, formats, features, and displayed prices may change.

2. ENROLLMENT TERMS

Before payment, you will receive applicable written terms covering price, schedule, included services, cancellation, and refund eligibility. Those purchase-specific terms control if they conflict with these general Terms.

3. EDUCATIONAL DISCLAIMER

ProEngine provides continuing education and does not award accredited degrees or professional engineering licenses. We do not guarantee employment, promotion, certification, income, or any particular outcome.

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, seek unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, impersonate others, conduct unreasonable automated collection, or violate applicable law or third-party rights.
